| Address, Phone Number, and Hours: Newell Children's Center is open for daycare at 223 E 2nd St. Their phone number is 712-272-4127. Hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Kelli Rhiner is the director. |
| Ages of Children: They will take infants through before and after school age kids. It is a very quality, caring, and learning experience for your child. The rooms are divided up by age groups and they are 0-24 months, 2-3 year olds, and 4-6 year olds. For the after school age kids, they are met at the school by an employee and walked to the daycare center since it is only 1 block away from the school. Kids that are preschool age are also delivered and picked up, usually by walking, from Pride & Joy Preschool by an employee since it is only 2 blocks from the daycare center. |
| Financial Help: There is state funding available to low income families to help with hourly rates. |
| Meals: Nutritious meals and snacks are provided everyday. |
| Fun Place to be: Trips to the public library are possible since it is only 1 1/2 blocks from the center. Also this summer, trips will be taken to the park for play, tennis, golf, baseball and pool for swimming and swimming lessons. Your child will love this fun place to be while you are away.
